Golden Guarantee

If your item arrives with major damage, manufacturing defects, or if you receive the wrong product, we will gladly replace the item or provide a full refund after receiving the returned product.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition in which it was received

  • Be unused and undamaged (except for the issue being reported)

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Approval

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personalized or special-order items

  • Sale or clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or defective

  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method, or by another agreed-upon method when applicable.
